Important Firm Update

Our team at Jeb Williamson CPA LLC is excited to announce that on 8/1/2025, we will be merging with Bearden Stroup & Associates CPAs. Our current team is staying right here with our existing office in Cullman, continuing the same high level of service you know and trust as we join forces with Bearden Stroup.

Bearden Stroup has been serving small business owners in the Huntsville area for almost 20 years. Jeb first met Joseph, Elizabeth, and the rest of the Bearden Stroup Team through Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA) and discovered that we share a commitment to serving the small business community with excellence. Over the past few years, our mutual respect for each other has grown and led to this point of forging a long-term relationship. 

Working together, our combined firms will now have enhanced capacity and expertise to continue serving small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals in the Cullman area and beyond.  We will be able to offer a more structured and in-depth tax planning service in addition to leveraging other expertise of Bearden Stroup.
